Invitation Homes seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform high‑quality maintenance across multiple trades in single‑family rental homes. You will deliver outstanding customer service while completing requests, educating residents on home systems, and conducting proactive ProCare visits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5+ years’ proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance.
• OSHA 10 is required.
• EPA, HVAC, and CPO certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; multi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience for residents.
• Perform ProCare visits and proactive maintenance in residents' homes.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and Invitation Homes expectations.
• Complete property condition assessments and alert management when issues require attention.
• Repair in vacant properties during turns and ensure tools/equipment are properly used.
