Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in our single-family rental homes and deliver outstanding resident service. You will handle service requests across trades, promote a quality living experience, and adhere to safety standards in a dynamic, on-site role.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2–5+ years in residential repairs, OSHA 10, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 is required for new hires.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with using mobile devices and apps.
• Ability to work in residential repairs across trades.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsabilités

• Complete maintenance requests across multiple trades.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Perform proactive ProCare visits and repairs.
• Educate residents on home systems and responsibilities.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use company tools properly.
