Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in our single-family rental homes and provide outstanding service to residents.

Responsibilities include completing service requests across multiple trades, educating residents on maintenance practices, and performing ProCare visits using the mobile app. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• OSHA 10 certification required or completed within 90 days of hire.
• EPA, HVAC, and pool certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold quality living experiences for residents.
• Perform work while respecting residents' homes.
• Conduct ProCare visits using the maintenance mobile app and schedule next visit.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and resident responsibilities via provided resources.
• Perform property condition assessments and alert management for urgent items.
• Review technician reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
