Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform high-quality maintenance in our single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding customer service to residents. Responsibilities include completing two-way maintenance across multiple trades, executing ProCare visits, and educating residents on home systems.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 2–5+ years in residential maintenance, OSHA 10, and ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years’ proven experience in residential repairs or building maintenance.
• OSHA 10 certification required; new hires have up to 90 days to complete if not already certified.
• EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance service requests across multiple trades in single-family rental homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and quality living experience for residents.
• Carry out ProCare visits and complete checklists via mobile app.
• Inspect and repair systems and fixtures (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC minor, appliances).
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use company tools, materials, and vehicles responsibly.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
