Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for new custom-home construction in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and shepherd projects from design through closing.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot building.
• Proven track record of managing 8–10 concurrent projects.
• 4+ years in operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong communication with customers/owners and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers (& subcontractors) to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design & precon through subcontractor selection, contracts, safety and scheduling through C/O.
• Ensuring budget & schedule are met while monitoring construction quality.
