Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Project Manager - Superintendent for new custom-home construction in the Monroe/Charlotte NC area. You’ll lead on-site construction, coordinate design and precon, select subs, and manage safety, schedule, and quality to meet budget goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in residential construction, handles 8–10 projects, and communicates effectively with clients. The company offers a competitive salary, 401K, paid vacation, and growth to regional leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot building.
• Managing multiple projects (8–10) with home prices up to $525–625k.
• 4+ years proven leadership in operations and new construction.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage design, pre-construction, subcontractor selection, contracts, safety, and scheduling through closeout.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining quality.
