Your Talent Team is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent to lead residential construction projects in the Monroe/Charlotte, NC area. The role focuses on on-site management from design through closeout, coordinating customers and subcontractors, and delivering on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-end, on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds, with the ability to oversee 8–10 homes concurrently and uphold exceptional communication.

Qualificações

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered lots.
• Proven track record of leading operations and projects in new construction.
• Strong team-building skills and excellent communication with customers/owners.
• Ability to manage 8–10 projects simultaneously with high-end home pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage construction site from design/pre-con through contracts, safety, and scheduling to CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
