Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for a New Custom-Home Construction role in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. The position requires managing multiple high-value residential projects with a focus on design-to-C/O processes, subcontractor coordination, and delivering on time within budget.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years leading new construction, strong communication with clients, and proven ability to lead teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered lot projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects (8-10) concurrently with high-value homes.
• 4+ year proven track record in operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage site from design and pre-con process through subcontractor selection, contracts, and C/O.
• Monitor budget and schedule while ensuring high construction quality.
