Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for the Monroe/Charlotte, NC area.

You will lead on-site construction for custom homes, coordinating with design, pre-construction, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality homes on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of operating and project leadership in new residential construction, excels at team building and communication, and can manage 8–10 active projects while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Manage 8–10 projects simultaneously with typical home prices $525k–$625k.
• 4+ years of proven operations & project leadership in new construction with strong customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design and pre-con through contracts to scheduling and certificate of occupancy.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
