LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent to lead new custom-home construction projects in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. You will oversee design-to-build processes, coordinate subs, manage schedules, budgets, and safety, and drive customer satisfaction with clear communication.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of residential construction leadership, experience handling 8–10 projects simultaneously, and a proven ability to build teams and communicate with homeowners.

Qualifications

• 4+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership in new construction.
• Experience managing 8–10 concurrent residential projects.
• Strong team-building and excellent communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design through pre-con, subcontractor selection, contracts, to safety and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
