Job summary

PROJECT MANAGER - SUPERINTENDENT role in the Monroe/Charlotte NC area overseeing new custom-home construction. You will guide projects from design and pre-construction through contracts, safety, and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and subcontractors, managing budgets and quality, and leading 8–10 concurrent projects with a focus on strong communication and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Experience in residential construction, on-your-lot or scattered-lot building.
• Ability to manage 8–10 projects concurrently.
• Strong team-building and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage construction site from design/precon through contracts, safety, and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
