Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - Superintendent for New Custom-Home construction in Monroe/Charlotte, NC.

You will lead field operations from design through occupancy, manage subs, ensure safety, schedule, and quality, and maintain superb client communication with homeowners and trade partners. The position emphasizes on-site leadership, multi-project oversight, and collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (preferably on-your-lot or scattered lot building).
• Manage multiple projects (8-10 simultaneously) with homes up to $525k–$625k (avg).
• 4+ years proven track record in operations & project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and excellent communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage site from design/pre-con through subcontractor selection, contracts, and C/O process; oversee safety and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining quality of construction.
