The Recruiting Hive is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for a New Custom-Home construction firm in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. You will oversee multiple residential projects from design through completion, ensuring on-budget schedules and high-quality outcomes while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of operations and project leadership in new construction, strong communication and team-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction leadership, overseeing multiple homes or communities.
• Proven ability to manage 8-10 projects concurrently.
• Strong communication with customers/owners and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated budget and scheduling control in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design through closeout, selecting subs and coordinating contracts.
• Ensure budget and schedule adherence while maintaining construction quality.
