Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is recruiting a Project Manager - Superintendent for a Monroe/Charlotte NC market focused on new custom-home construction. You will lead site operations, coordinate design and pre-con, select subcontractors, and manage safety, scheduling, and contract execution.

The role requires a strong track record in residential construction, overseeing multiple projects, and excellent communication with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in operations & project leadership for new construction.
• Experience managing 8–10 concurrent projects.
• Experience in residential construction, on-your-lot or scattered-site builds.
• Strong communication with customers/owners and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Site management from design/pre-con through contracts, to safety and scheduling through closeout.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
