Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for its Monroe/Charlotte NC operations. The role focuses on leading single-family new-home projects from design through final occupancy, with a strong emphasis on client communication and on-site supervision.

You will manage 8–10 homes concurrently, oversee subcontractors and design-build steps, and ensure budgets and schedules are met while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (On-Your-Lot or scattered lot builds).
• Proven track record leading 8–10 projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication with customers/owners and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Manage site from design/precon through contracts, safety, and scheduling to CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
