Best Buy’s Geek Squad Senior Repair Technician (Agent) leads tech support at the store, trains and coaches agents in repairs, and serves as a role model for the team to deliver world-class customer experiences. Internally, this role is known as a CIA Agent.

The position requires hands-on diagnostics and repairs of PCs or consumer electronics, plus leadership and customer service experience to drive results and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of diagnosing and repairing PCs or consumer electronics.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience, including coaching, training and recognition.

Aufgaben

• Assist other Geek Squad leaders with staffing for customer service, device diagnosis, repair, service and follow-up.
• Communicate department goals and important information to team members clearly and timely.
• Work directly with customers to ensure service needs are met and address escalated issues.
• Provide coaching to agents to develop customer service and technology repair skills.
• Collaborate with team members and store staff to achieve goals and uphold high standards of service.
• Support ongoing questions and guidance for the team to maintain performance.
