Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Senior Repair Technician (Agent) to guide the repair team, diagnose devices and uphold Geek Squad’s high standards across service and customer support.

You’ll train agents, coordinate repair workflows, and work directly with customers to ensure timely solutions while modeling professionalism and technical excellence.

This role emphasizes leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and a commitment to delivering world-class experiences for both colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of diagnosing and repairing PCs or consumer electronics.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience, including coaching, training and recognition.

Responsabilités

• Assist other Geek Squad leaders with staffing assignments for service, diagnosis, repair and follow-up.
• Communicate department goals and important information to team members clearly and timely.
• Work directly with customers to ensure service needs are met and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide coaching to agents to develop customer service and technology repair skills.
• Collaborate with team and store staff to meet goals and maintain high customer service standards.
