Enterprise Mobility, operating Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo at Portsmouth, NH, seeks a Customer Assistance Representative Sr. You will handle reservations, provide top-tier customer service, and support in-branch operations both in person and by phone.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour. Full-Time and Part-Time schedules with benefits are available, including PTO, employee discounts, retirement plan, extended health, life insurance, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-level customer service
• Administrative support and data entry abilities
• Retail or front-desk experience is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservations, rate quotes, and customer inquiries
• Assist customers in person and by phone with rental needs
• Process returns, check-ins and kiosk transactions
• Greet customers, provide directions and general assistance
• Promote rental terms, vehicle features and optional services
• Maintain write-ups and assist with billing and accounting tasks
