Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at the Littleton, NH branch. You will provide high level customer service by assisting both internal and external customers through face-to-face interaction and by performing rental back-up, service and administrative support in home city branches or airport locations.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour based on a 40 hour work week, with benefits including paid time off, employee discount, retirement savings, extended

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service, retail or administrative experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years; no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurers and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, A/Rs and other tasks as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service in person and over the phone; meet and greet customers promptly.
• Provide directions and general assistance; assess rental needs and conditions at return.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions; market the company in a safe, courteous manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and services; may upsell protection options and fuel.
• Notify management of vehicle issues, perform basic maintenance checks and assist with billing and reporting tasks.
• Clean vehicle interiors/exteriors and perform basic admin duties as needed.
