Job summary

Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands. A Customer Assistance Representative Sr is hired to deliver high‑level customer service, assist internal and external customers, and provide administrative support at a McKinleyville, CA branch.

The role requires a 3pm–1am Thursday–Monday schedule and a valid California driver’s license. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour for a 45-hour workweek, with a benefits package including PTO, employee discounts,

Qualifications

• Recent and relevant customer service experience in the last 2 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed with any Enterprise Mobility brands in the last 12 months.
• Availability for the posted schedule of 3pm until 1am Thursday through Monday.
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and assist with reservations, rate quotes, questions, and provide information and resolutions to customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors.
• Manage outbound calls for callbacks, accounts receivable and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance to customers.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return and process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while transporting customers safely and courteously, explain rental terms and vehicle features, and upsell optional protections or upgrades.
• Notify management of vehicle problems and maintenance needs; keep the vehicle clean, both interior and exterior.
• Perform administrative tasks such as billing support, accounts receivable, reports, and supplies maintenance.
