Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at our Norton, VA branch to deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. You will support rental operations and provide administrative assistance in home city branches or airport locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Provide a high level of customer service in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and related services.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks including billing support and reports.
