Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) for a Eugene, OR branch. The role focuses on high-level customer service, in-person and phone assistance, and back-up rental support in a busy location.

The position requires strong communication, reliable driving record, and the ability to handle administrative tasks while promoting the company’s rental offerings. $17/hour with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while assisting customers and handling pickup/drop-off in a safe, courteous manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and services.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades and fuel options.
• Notify management of vehicle problems or maintenance needs.
• Clean vehicle interiors/exteriors as needed.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks such as billing and reports.
• Handle incoming calls for reservations, quotes, questions, and resolutions.
• Manage outbound calls for callbacks and accounts receivable as assigned.
• Performs other job-related duties as needed
