Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, operator of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo, is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr for the San Francisco area. The role focuses on high-level customer service, from reservations and rate quotes to in-person support at the 233 Ellis St location.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a starting pay of $23 per hour, plus a benefits package including PTO, employee discounts, and health/dental coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of prior customer service retail or administrative support experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• A 40-hour work week is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Assist with vehicle condition assessments, maintenance notifications and basic billing tasks.
