Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic Renewal Strategy & Operations leader in the US to design the operating model for ARR retention and expansion. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, and IT to build scalable governance and forecasting capabilities.

You’ll own end-to-end renewal workflows, multi-year co-term structures, and data quality across CRM, delivering insights to senior leadership and driving improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy consulting or high-growth tech strategy roles.
• Experience translating renewal metrics into actionable insights.
• Own end-to-end renewal systems and governance.
• Strong communication with senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Director translating renewal metrics into leadership-ready narratives.
• Shape renewal discussions in QBRs and leadership reviews; define what matters and actions.
• Own end-to-end renewal workflows, forecasting, and quoting structures for multi-year expansion.
• Build playbooks, governance frameworks, and SOPs for future scaling.
• Run governance and data quality across CRM and renewal systems; define system controls.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Renewals Ops and BI/Data teams.
