Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a Senior Renewal Operations Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end renewal process. You will partner with Revenue Technology, Finance, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success to drive scalable renewal strategies and data hygiene across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in renewals operations or revenue operations with cross-functional impact.
• Hands-on renewal forecasting and retention reporting for consumption and subscription models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ability to break work into clear streams.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; ability to build and validate models; SQL preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce for renewal reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal operating model including forecasting and post-renewal data hygiene.
• Develop operating cadences guiding renewal execution and cross-org consistency.
• Define and evolve retention reporting with gross and net retention and drivers.
• Improve CRM, subscription data, quoting, orders, billing data flows.
• Automate renewal workflows to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
• Support renewal planning, capacity management, and scenario planning.
• Manage Renewal Operations case-management including triage and root-cause analysis.
