Job summary

Billtrust is seeking a Sr. Manager, Renewals to lead and develop a high-impact renewals team, driving commercial contract excellence and gross revenue retention.

You will champion AI-enabled renewal strategies, analyze pricing and contracts, and surface risk early while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to optimize outcomes. You will own end-to-end renewal processes, shape renewal strategy and playbooks, and ensure accurate renewal data in Salesforce, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in renewals or account management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 3+ years in people-leadership or team management.
• Track record of leading renewals from initiation through close, with complex pricing/negotiations.
• Experience driving AI adoption in a team setting.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing renewals team and leaders.
• Embed AI tools into renewal workflows and measure impact on productivity and forecast accuracy.
• Own the renewal lifecycle from strategy creation to contract signature for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance/Accounting, Product, and SalesOps.
• Provide insights to executive leadership on renewal performance and risk management.
