As AI-enabled tools support forecasting and churn signals, the core skill is strategic negotiation and stakeholder management across internal teams. Banking/fintech familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience closing complex enterprise software renewals.
• Comfort working with procurement, legal and CRM data.

• Owns the commercial side of renewals for large bank and credit union customers.
