Job summary

Eve is seeking a Renewal Operations professional in the US to own the ops layer of renewals, forecast hygiene, and audits across the book, aiming for 95%+ on-time renewal close. You’ll blend automation with light-touch commercial execution to maintain 97%+ gross retention.

As the first renewals hire, you’ll build playbooks, tooling, and documentation with the Renewals Team Lead, collaborate with GTM, and shape how AI informs customer engagement and account strategy for scalable growth.

• Commercial instinct, able to discuss pricing, objections, and terms while maintaining relationships.
• Clear and compelling writer and communicator in calls and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Own the Ops Layer of Renewals: run auto-renewal processing, forecast hygiene, and contract audits to hit 95%+ on-time renewal close for Enterprise accounts.
• Partner on the Scaled Renewal Motion with the Scaled CSM to maintain 97%+ gross retention.
• Support Enterprise Renewal Strategy with the Renewals Team Lead on T-120 briefs, prep, and account research.
• Grow into Account Ownership by ramping into A2 coverage and leading renewals and escalations by Q2.
• Contribute to Build Roadmap by shipping playbooks, tooling, and documentation for scalable renewals.
• Run With GTM by coordinating with CSMs, AEs, deal desk, and Finance for clean handoffs.
• Bring an AI-Forward Approach to research, drafting, forecasting, and outreach.
