Billtrust US Careers is seeking a Sr. Manager, Renewals to lead a high-performing renewals team in a fast-growing B2B fintech environment.

You will own the GRR target, shape renewal strategy, and drive negotiations with executive stakeholders, leveraging AI tools to improve win rates and forecast accuracy. Reporting to the Renewals Director, you will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, and SalesOps, building playbooks, managing capacity, and ensuring timely,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in renewals or account management in a B2B SaaS environment, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage renewals from initiation through close, including pricing/term negotiations.
• Experience driving AI adoption and embedding tools into renewal workflows.
• Data analysis, tracking, and forecasting against renewal KPIs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, Finance, Legal, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Own the GRR target and full renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts.
• Review and approve renewal strategies, pricing analyses, and negotiate escalated accounts.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and SalesOps.
• Own renewal reporting, forecasting, and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
