Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a senior Domain Specialist to drive value for large enterprise customers by aligning portfolio management and agile practices with Broadcom’s ValueOps solutions. You will translate business requirements into actionable software designs and lead adoption activities across major accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Services teams, demo capabilities, and present roadmaps while thriving in a flexible remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business with 12+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong background with Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio and others.
• Ability to translate customer business problems into software solutions and clearly articulate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers and build adoption plans.
• Develop relationships across customer IT and business silos to understand portfolio management and agile transformation needs.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers and lead demos / proofs of value.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure aligned technology roadmaps.
