Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a senior Domain Specialist to work remotely with enterprise customers, translating business requirements into portfolio management, agile transformations, and value-driven solutions.

You will lead strategic and tactical engagements, perform value alignment, run demos, and present roadmaps while collaborating with Sales, R&D, Services and Management to ensure adoption and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business discipline plus 12+ years of related experience OR Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Performing value alignment with strategic customers
• Building relationships across customer IT and business silos
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information
• Managing and directing team members within assigned accounts
• Perform demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions
• Present solution & adoption roadmaps to customers
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management for cross-solution consistency
