Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to join our ValueOps team as a senior Domain Specialist. You will collaborate with enterprise customers to translate business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions, driving value and business outcomes.

You will lead strategic engagements, perform value demonstrations, and present adoption roadmaps while coordinating with Sales, R&D, and Services to ensure consistent solutions across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience, or master's with 10+ years
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into software solutions
• Experience with portfolio and project management tools (Clarity, Planview)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of SAFe or Agile frameworks

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers
• Lead adoption activities with key customers and maintain opportunity data
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management for cross-solution alignment
• Maintain understanding of ValueOps domain and related tools
