Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in the United States. You will be the primary customer contact, delivering clinical knowledge to medical professionals and navigating the payer landscape.

You will implement marketing strategy, promote Amgen products, and strive to achieve territory sales targets through both in-person and virtual engagement. The role offers flexible work arrangements where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or 4 years of sales experience with Associate degree, or 6 years with high school diploma/GED.
• Senior level requires 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare.
• Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or medical devices; strong relationship-building and local market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Promote Amgen products and implement marketing strategy.
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop accounts and manage contracts and reimbursement issues.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop territory plans and share best practices.
