Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, communicate the clinical benefits of Amgen products, and navigate the payer environment. You will be the primary customer contact in your territory and promote Amgen medicines under guidance from the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; or Associate’s degree with 4 years of sales experience.
• Senior level: 3 years of sales and/or clinical healthcare experience; or 6 years with Associate degree; or 8 years with high school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to clinicians to drive appropriate utilization.
• Promote marketing strategy and products as guided by District Manager; act as primary customer contact.
• Develop territory plans, analyze performance, and provide feedback on marketing strategy.
• Build relationships with accounts, ensure product access, and address reimbursement issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and learn from peers.
• Demonstrate passion for products and maintain brand focus throughout the sales cycle.
