Placements24 represents a prominent real estate investment group seeking a proactive Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist for a remote-first role. You will identify opportunities, perform underwriting, and drive the acquisition process from outreach to closing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in acquisitions, strong financial modeling in Excel, and proven success closing deals. You will work autonomously with nationwide sellers and partners, leveraging digital tools.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of direct experience in real estate acquisitions or related fields.
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel (DCF, IRR, ROI, sensitivity analysis).
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities for remote collaboration.
Experience with real estate databases and market research tools (CoStar, Argus).

Responsabilidades

Source off-market and on-market real estate opportunities.
Perform financial underwriting, pro forma modeling, and market research.
Conduct due diligence including inspections, title, environmental, and lease analyses.
Negotiate prices and terms with sellers and representatives.
Coordinate the closing process with legal, lenders, and title companies.
Build relationships with brokers, owners, investors, and professionals.
Analyze market trends and demographics to identify areas for investment.
Prepare investment committee Memorandums with findings and recommendations.
Refine acquisition strategies to meet company objectives.
