Virtual Help is seeking a proactive Acquisitions Specialist to join our real estate investment team. You will identify opportunities, reach out to motivated sellers, and analyze ARV, repair estimates, and ROI to secure strong deals.

The ideal candidate thrives on negotiation, communicates confidently with property owners and agents, and can manage deals remotely while coordinating with internal teams to close acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or wholesaling preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical mindset — able to assess numbers, comps, and ROI
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Tech-savvy (CRM, spreadsheets, property valuation tools, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Contact motivated sellers through calls, texts, or emails to discuss selling opportunities
• Evaluate properties based on ARV (After Repair Value), repair estimates, and market data
• Negotiate offers and purchase agreements aligned with company guidelines
• Prepare and present deal summaries for management approval
• Coordinate with internal teams (Dispositions, Transaction Coordination, etc.) for smooth closings
• Maintain accurate lead and deal information in the CRM system
• Consistently meet or exceed performance goals for offers and closed acquisitions
