Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Home Buying Specialist for a fully remote position with regular in-person meetings with prospects/clients. The role requires evening and weekend availability to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow.

You will follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and close deals while performing due diligence on all acquisitions. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of sales experience, a top 10% performance record, excellent communication and MS Office

Qualifications

4+ years of sales experience.
Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
Excellent communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
