Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant. This fully remote role requires occasional in-person meetings; you will follow up leads, value properties, estimate repairs, analyze comps, and close deals.

You will work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing; 4+ years sales experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred. The role offers a high earning potential with base plus bonus and nationwide remote work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Great communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
