Qualifications

About the Role

You will be responsible for sourcing deals, conducting thorough due diligence, negotiating purchase agreements, and managing the acquisition process from initial contact to closing. Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential off-market and on-market real estate investment opportunities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or corporate real estate.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, underwriting, and closing real estate deals.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel, including DCF, IRR, ROI, and sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in real estate databases and market research tools (e.g., CoStar, Argus, proprietary software).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and make sound decisions.
• Understanding of various real estate asset classes (e.g., multifamily, industrial, retail, office).
