Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead IT/software implementation projects on a remote basis across the United States. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills to drive initiatives from initiation to closure, meeting deadlines, budgets, and predefined objectives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders while applying best practices in project management and change

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience with IT/Software Implementation focus.
• Proven track record in IT/Software implementations.
• Expertise in formal Project Management Plans across scope, cost, schedule, quality, communications, risk, stakeholders, resources, change and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project (Professional or online).
• Proficient in KPIs for monitoring and controlling project work (EV, ETC, SPI, CPI, etc.).
• Ability to lead Work Breakdown Structures and work estimation methods (Analogous, Parametric, PERT, Bottom-Up, etc.).
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications required.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• SDLC expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects using waterfall, agile, lean, and hybrid approaches.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Apply change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project scopes with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and manage schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation (charter, logs, plans, reports).
• Communicate key decisions and document meeting outcomes.
• Report risks and issues to management and mitigate disruptions.
