UKG is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to help customers envision how UKG solutions address workforce challenges. You will partner with sales to understand goals, design thoughtful solutions, and deliver engaging demonstrations that communicate value and outcomes.

You are a strategist and storyteller translating complex needs into simple narratives, building trust and momentum through the sales process while collaborating with product and services to ensure feasibility.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting complex sales cycles in a presales, solution consulting, or consultative customer-facing role.
• Experience with human resources, payroll, or related enterprise software solutions a must.
• Experience presenting solutions to a range of audiences, including senior business leaders.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements when required (travel may exceed 50%).

Aufgaben

• Partner with sales to lead discovery conversations that uncover customer challenges, priorities, and success measures.
• Design end to end solution approaches that align UKG products to customer business needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product and Services to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Contribute to deal strategy by identifying risks, assumptions, and next steps that move opportunities forward.
• Support proposal responses and sales-to-services transitions to ensure continuity and clarity for customers.
