Job summary

UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, seeks a Technology Consultant (Presales) to act as a strategic technical advisor during complex sales cycles. You will align business objectives with technology solutions, design future-state roadmaps, and showcase how AI, data, and cloud capabilities drive customer value.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll engage executives, partner with Sales, Solution Consultants, Product Management, and Professional Services, and shepherd opportunities from discovery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
8+ years in technology consulting, solution consulting, presales, or related roles.
Experience with large enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Engage with executives and IT stakeholders to align business and technology strategies.
Develop high-level to detailed solution recommendations and roadmaps.
Lead technical strategy discussions and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
Present proposals to both technical and C-level audiences.
