Job summary

UKG is seeking a Technology Consultant (Presales) to act as a strategic technical advisor during complex enterprise sales cycles. You will bridge business and technology discussions, engage executive stakeholders, and design future-state strategies that align with customers’ objectives.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants, Product Management, and Services to drive outcomes and accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Proven ability to lead customer workshops and executive discussions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-level executives and IT stakeholders to align business and tech objectives.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution recommendations for enterprise customers.
• Design future-state technology and business process models.
• Validate solution fit within existing ecosystems and governance.
• Lead technical strategy discussions and support POCs and security demonstrations.
