Jobr.pro is seeking a Sr. Outbound Sales Representative to engage with families searching for care options. This fully remote role focuses on converting interest into move-ins while managing a pipeline of opportunities.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of inside sales experience and excels in consultative selling. Compensation includes a base salary of $51,500 plus variable bonuses for successful sales performance, alongside comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask (phone + CRM documentation simultaneously).

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of families who require guidance toward a move-in decision.
• Execute outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage families.
• Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision.
• Maintain documentation in CRM reflecting status and forecasts.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion expectations.
