A Place for Mom is seeking a Sr. Outbound Sales Representative to guide families through their decision-making process on care options. This fully remote role demands strong sales acumen and the ability to manage multiple family pipelines while meeting performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a sales role, a proven track record of success, and excellent communication skills. Compensation includes a base salary of $51,500 with uncapped variable bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask using phone and CRM simultaneously.
• Ability to work remotely with focus and accountability.
