The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of sales experience, strong pipeline management abilities, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of families and guide them toward move-in decisions.
• Execute high-volume outreach to re-engage families.
• Drive outcomes by advancing families from tour to decision.
