A Place for Mom is seeking a Sr. Outbound Sales Representative to assist families in finalizing their care decisions. This inside sales role focuses on managing a pipeline of families and converting their interest into move-ins through consistent follow-up and consultative selling.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a sales role, a proven sales record, and strong organizational skills.

This is a fully remote position, requiring a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet connection, with a salary range of $51,500, and target earnings of $86,500 including bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.

Responsibilities
