Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Health seeks a Senior Compensation Consultant to lead design, analysis, and administration of comprehensive compensation programs.

This role focuses on pay-for-performance, salary structure modeling, and complex costing, ensuring equitable and cost-effective pay structures while aligning with regulatory standards. The Senior Consultant will conduct job and market analyses, develop recommendations, and interpret union agreements across diverse locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation experience including data collection and analysis, knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Providence compensation programs and pay-for-performance models.
• Perform market analyses, salary structure design, costing and modeling.
• Develop recommendations and align with internal policies for compensation programs.
• Interpret regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements relevant to compensation.
• Conduct data collection and analysis for special projects.
