Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant for a remote role to lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across the organization.

You will perform job and market analyses, model cost scenarios, and develop competitive pay structures in alignment with regulations and union agreements. You will interpret regulatory guidelines, contribute to internal policy standards, and support special compensation projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation experience including data collection and analysis.
• Experience with pay for performance, salary structure design, and incentive plans.
• Knowledge of wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.

Responsabilités

• Conduct job and market analyses for compensation.
• Develop compensation recommendations and costing.
• Interpret regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements.
• Assist in developing internal compensation policies and standards.
• Perform data collection and analysis for special projects.
