SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Consulting Manager- Compensation Consulting to lead compensation programs for nonprofit clients. You will manage client projects, mentor junior staff, and deliver executive compensation analyses and recommendations.

This role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and client relationship management. Qualified candidates will have extensive compensation consulting experience, strong data modeling skills, and a deep understanding of nonprofit

Qualifications

• Ten years or more of executive and staff compensation consulting experience, or fifteen or more years of related compensation analytical experience, involving data evaluation, financial modeling and presentation design with experience in compensation consulting.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Passion for serving organizations to solve complex compensation challenges.
• Proficient skills in problem-solving and critical thinking, including the ability to recognize patterns in complex data and develop practical models; analyze data using modeling techniques; anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
• Excellent people and articulation skills, including client communication, managing delivery teams, training junior colleagues, and presenting conclusions clearly.
• Excellent project management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring subject matter expertise and experience with compensation consulting methodologies for executive and staff projects.
• Manage the work of junior team members across client engagements and project teams to ensure effective planning, organizing, and management of strategic engagements.
• Develop a deep knowledge of the nonprofit industry
• Contribute to all aspects of client engagements and lead multiple compensation consulting projects.
• Assist in identifying follow-on work or new leads and write proposals and statements of work.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable results and recommendations.
• Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations.
• Develop client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
